Request for Proposals Information Session: Advanced DNA Testing for Other Violent Cold Cases

This webinar, hosted for current grantees of the Bureau of Justice Assistance’s Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI), provided information and guidance on the proposal process for subawards for advanced DNA testing for other violent cold cases that will be administered by SAKI’s Training and Technical Assistance Team (SAKI TTA). BJA provided an overview of the eligibility requirements, concept, and objectives of the advanced DNA testing subawards that will be administered through SAKI TTA. RTI International provided an overview of the proposal process and requirements. The goal of this webinar is to inform SAKI grantees on the subaward opportunity and provide guidance on the proposal process. As a reminder, all applications for the RFP should be submitted via email to SAKITTA@rti.org no later than 11:59pm ET on Friday, May 29th, 2020.
